Step 2 - Legal Guidelines
- MVP is under
no obligation to review, and reserves the right to reject, in
its sole discretion, any venture profile that is submitted.
- MVP is under
no obligation to return any information that is submitted by the
sender in the venture profile to the sender or any other third
party.
- You acknowledge
that any information submitted in the venture profile will not
result in the violation of any applicable law or the breach of
any provisions contained in any agreements between you and any
third party.
- MVP does
not agree to any obligations of nondisclosure or confidentiality
with respect to any information contained in the venture profile
submitted or any information or ideas relating thereto.
- If MVP elects,
in its sole discretion, to pursue a plan or idea with you, MVP
may discuss with you an acceptable business arrangement. The venture
profile or ideas submitted to MVP are not subject to any limitations
or restrictions on MVP's use.
- MVP receives
many venture profiles, plans and ideas. Therefore, you understand
that your idea may already have been submitted to MVP or may already
be under consideration by MVP. MVP is not limited or restricted
in any way from pursuing opportunities with others.
- You understand
that MVP is not committed to make an investment in your business,
or otherwise to commit any resources to you or your company.
